Feeling run down can make you feel like smoking a cigarette. It may seem less manageable when you’re not getting enough sleep. To avoid the cravings, take a nap, and good nights rest.

 Avoid Caffeine

When a lot of us feel tired, we might opt to drink plenty of coffee causing us to feel stressed and jittery. Instead of reaching for that extra coffee, take a power nap when you’re feeling exhausted.

Get the Support

There’s plenty of support when you need it. Whether you run to friends and family, or you get counseling; there is a way to talk it out. Find someone who also quit smoking to bring you encouragement in time of need.

Set Aside Some Time For Yourself

Running in between tasks can make you feel a bit overwhelmed. Instead of succumbing to stress, set some time for yourself. Take a bath, relax, drink tea, and listen to music. Whatever you like doing, do it! This renews your spirit helping you tackle the temptations.

Take It One Day At A Time

Organize your priorities so that you’re not overwhelmed at the end of the day. Keep your day simple and take it one step at a time. Live in the present and do not give in to temptation.
