The residue clogs up the lungs and airways of the body leaving you with lowered lung function breathing problems. Also, research shows that smoking leads to the risk of tuberculosis, asthma, lung infections, pneumonia, chronic bronchitis, and emphysema.

A tremendous amount of research has show that smoking can cause loss of bone density by leeching calcium from the bones. With that in mind, smokers have an early onset of osteoporosis, joint pain, and early loss of teeth.
