At Vapor Rage, we strive to provide the best customer service experience and satisfaction. Unfortunately, we do not ship orders on the weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and/or holidays. All questions or information regarding shipping will be answered at our earliest convenience during the week (Monday to Friday).
- All orders placed on this website must be shipped to the address provided on your invoice.
- Please choose the best method (Store Pick-up, Shipping, Local Delivery) at the time of your order. There may be a delay if the method is altered in anyway.
- Any products that are limited to a certain quantity will be stated on this website.
- We will not ship to any Countries, States, Provinces, Cities and/or Counties where our products are prohibited by U.S. law.
- Due to the Tobacco 21 law, we DO NOT sell or ship to individuals under the age of 21 years old and we DO NOT sell to adults intending to resell any products to individuals who are underage of the Tobacco 21 law.
- Multiple orders cannot be combined and will be considered as individual orders.
- All customers will be held accountable to understand and follow the laws within our State and/or Cities. (Henderson, NV and Las Vegas, NV)
DESTINATIONS FOR SHIPPING:
We only ship to states within the Las Vegas & Henderson at this time. Any changes to our shipping destinations will be updated when it is available.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you would like to cancel an order, contact us directly by email at orders@vapor-rage.com. We cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped. If we decide to cancel your order, it may be determined that you are responsible for any shipping fees and/or restocking fees. We will notify you of any fees that will be applied before we process the cancellation.
